...to provide a comfortable and safe environment where adolescent girls can learn about their female reproductive system, menarche, personal hygiene, puberty and the responsibilities of becoming a young woman.

It isn't everyday that a young girl gets the chance to ask frank questions about her body.
It is one of the main reasons young girls tend to fear and dread puberty.....expecially menstruation.

Girltalk Workshops have provided a comfortable and safe atmosphere where pre-pubescent girls can learn more about female anatomy and physiology, personal hygiene and so much more. These girls leave with a better understanding of their bodily functions and are better prepared to make decisions that will directly impact their health on their journey toward womanhood.

These workshops are for girls, ages 8-14; accompanied by their mothers or a mature female role model.

Advanced registration is encouraged, as these workshops fill up fast!
