1. Is this a sex education workshop?
This workshop is designed to teach girls about puberty...the years when girls begin to change into a young woman. It is not a sex education workshop. Girls learn the different parts of the female reproductive system and how they function.

2. How will I know when my period is coming?
Your body sends signals . These signals are discussed in the workshops!

3. What are periods all about?
Having a period is very healthy and it is a normal part of growing up and becoming a young woman. Learn what makes it happen at the Girltalk Workshops.

4. Do boys have anything like this?
No, but boys go through puberty too! Some get pimples; their voices may change, they will grow body hair and begin to grow tall very rapidly.

5. How can I find out more?
Send an email and/or check the website for upcoming dates! Ask how to arrange a private group presentation for groups of 12 or more girls!
